WHEN WILL MY ORDER DISPATCH?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm GMT ship within 48 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. Saturday DPD delivery service also must be ordered by Friday before 12pm GMT. (Service currently suspended -2021) For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. 

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed/rejected/refused by the receiver, Royal Mail will attempt re-delivery. If RM and/or our team is unable to arrange a re-delivery by RM's cut-off time, the parcel will be returned to PAMA London. Consequently, there will be a £25 return fee deducted from you store credit or refund amount to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT WORK?

Our main delivery provider is Royal Mail for all international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. 

Please ensure to provide a clear shipping address with phone number included in your account with us. We will not be liable if Royal Mail is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided. These includes but not limited to; missing postcode, mis-spelled address, missing second line address, or indication of final destination country. 

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 Any amount returned to us for all international orders due to reject of receiving parcels will not be refunded.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking code to work.
