A. Where and how your PAMA is made matters. We work with OEKO-TEX® certified manufacturers who believe as much as we do in offering good working conditions to all employees. Our suppliers are environmental ISO certified ensuring quality and management, REACH declared, SA 8000 certified on social accountability, and many more.

Q. Which Fabric do you use?
A. We focus on using recycled or regenerated, and non-toxic materials. Your PAMA collection is created with Econyl ®, plant-based fibre charcoal bamboo, and certified organic cotton.

A. Your Pama’s are brought to life thanks to our innovative and socially conscious manufacturers in Portugal. They are Fairtrade and OEKO-TEX ® certified and believe as much as we do in offering good working conditions to all employees. Q. WHAT IS ECONYL®?
A. Econyl® is famous for its water repellent and anti-odour properties, which we know help you achieve your goals. Your Pama pieces are always non-toxic, so they’re good both for you and our dear Mother Earth. Minimizing waste by precise textile cuttings and our favourite fabric, Econyl® - your new best friend - helps support the Ocean clean-up, without new resources or waste. As much as we can, we like to keep it circular in our productions.
Q. How does your sizing work?
A. Here at PAMA, we know how important the correct size and a perfect fit are for looking and feeling at your best and reaching your performance goal. Based on many testing and trials, we have developed a sizing chart for our website under each product plus little tips on choosing the right size for different fabric types.

If for any reason, you wish to return your item, please fill out the return form and lodge a return via our returns portal by clicking here. Return the item to us within 21 days of receiving your delivery using any prepaid and trackable return method. Please note, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 21 days.
* We are unable to accept returns and refunds on CLEARANCE and FINAL SALE items. Please also note that it is not possible to return an item in exchange for store credit. To exchange sale items you must return the unwanted items for a full refund and place a new order.
*Return will only be accepted when returning items are lodged via the return portal and items must be unused with tag still attached. Returns that are worn or not in original condition, returned after 21 days, will not be refunded. Packages returned without notifying us via return portals may be lost or experience delays in the return and refund process.
*Please note we cannot take any reasonability for issues with returning items. These include; missing or lost parcels, custom duties, and diverting parcels due to incorrect receiver addresses. Therefore we strongly recommend for you ship items with tracked service and that you keep proof of returns.
Returning unwanted items
If for any reason, you wish to return your item, please fill out the return form and lodge a return via our returns portal by clicking here.
Follow the steps on our return portal.Download and print out the pre-paid return label and return instructions.Cut out the prepaid shipping label. Tape up your parcel, remove any older labels and barcodes and fix your shipping label to the outside of the parcel. Make sure the label is visible. Important: Without our shipping label, your return won’t be processed.Drop the parcel off at an eligible drop-off location, or schedule a pickup for your parcel with the carrier (only available in certain countries).Keep your return postage receipt and your tracking number until your return has been processed.
The wrong or faulty item
If you received a wrong/ faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

Please make sure to keep the delivery slip. One of our team will find a solution for you as fast as possible.

Please allow 1- 3 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed. For refunds, please allow 5-14 working days for the money to appear on your account.
Should you have any issues with your shipment, please contact our Customer Care Team at email@example.com a member of our team will be happy to assist you with any issues or concerns you may have.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then we kindly ask you to return your item and place a new order.
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you have provided, when placing your order. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you haven’t received a confirmation.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change the order once you have completed the payment. Please check our return policy for more information.
Changing delivery address
Once you have made the payment on your order, unfortunately, it is not possible to make any changes. If your address is incorrect, please contact the courier of your choice directly as soon as you receive a tracking link. Courier partners might be able to reschedule your delivery to a new address or diver to your local pickup locations.
Order Cancelled by PAMA
Keeping your data safe and providing the best payment security is one of our top priorities. If your order was cancelled there may be a possibility provided data did not match. Please make sure to double-check your invoice and payment information and place an order once more. If you are still having issues, please contact us.

If your order was cancelled due to a stock shortage, one of our team members will inform you immediately by email.
