Returns / Exchange Policy

We want you to love PAMA and feel happy with your purchase.

If for any reason, you wish to return your item, please fill out the return form and lodge a return via our returns portal by clicking here. Return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery using any prepaid and trackable return method. Please note, unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days.

* We are unable to accept returns and refunds on CLEARANCE and FINAL SALE items. Please also note that it is not possible to return an item in exchange for store credit. To exchange sale items you must return the unwanted items for a full refund and place a new order.

*Return or exchange request will only be accepted when returning items are registered via return portal and items must be unused with tag still attached. Returns that are worn or not in original condition, returned after 14 days, will not be refunded. Please be aware that any unregistered items in your return will not be processed. 

*Please note we cannot take any responsibility for issues with returning items. These include; missing or lost parcel, custom duties, divert parcel due to incorrect receiver address. Returns cost and duties are covered by the customers. Therefore we strongly recommend for you ship items with tracked service and that you keep a proof of returns.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we only offer exchanges on  in size for the same product and faulty items or wrong orders. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must first return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the stock level, if the item you are looking to exchange has sold out, we will refund immediately. 

RETURNS / REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1- 3 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed. For refunds, please allow 2-10 working days for the money to appear on your account.
